The human resources is the main basis of any organization, in other words, the essential factor of the survival of any organization is the human being in which it is essential for human understanding. Organizational behavior, or in other words, human behavior in the organization is a systematic effort to identify and understand human behavior in the organization so that by controlling and using it, it is possible to fulfill organizational goals. Understanding the causes of behavior and how to use behaviors for organizational goals is a fundamental issue in organizational behavior management. Anti -production behaviors have always been an important social goal for the people working together. Anti -production behaviors are a set of distinct and clear practices that have common characteristics, voluntary and damaging, or intend to harm organizations or members of the organization such as colleagues, customers and supervisors. In this article, we examine the literature on non -productive work behaviors and the role of municipal protection in reducing anti -production behaviors.
