The visibility of the knowledge shared in the metaverse creates an integrated vision that works beyond borders and without dividing the concepts of information management, knowledge, and information technology. One of the key challenges faced by users of the metaverse space is the fading sense of connection with the rest of the team and the visibility of the knowledge they share. Accordingly, the present study was designed with the aim of designing a fuzzy inference system in order to explain the knowledge visibility model in the metaverse system (case study: knowledge sharing in technical and vocational schools). The method of conducting the present study was to use experts who have had experience in working and researching in the field of metaverse. The Matlab tool was used to design a fuzzy inference system. The results of the implementation of the fuzzy inference system showed that the facilitative factors and infrastructure, while more effective, will simultaneously make the learners' learning more effective in the metaverse system. No matter how much the content effectiveness factor increases, as long as the infrastructure factor is not at a desirable level, the output of learning effectiveness does not tend to be desirable. As the infrastructure factor in the metaverse becomes more effective, at the same time as the effectiveness of educational content in the metaverse increases, learners' learning in the metaverse space will move towards effectiveness.
