In the meantime, there are successful organizations that adapt to the conditions that have arisen and come to terms with the changes that have taken place, and only organizations can act in such a way that their employees have a high spiritual power. Therefore, one of the concepts that has been proposed for the growth of human resources is spirituality at work. In many new areas of work and life, if man does not want to remain faithful to the rules of morality, there is no force to prevent them from violating the rights of others. As can be seen, many of these barriers, such as differences in perception and differences in language, mistrust and emotions, and others, will be partially overcome by employees' continuous and long-term communication with each other and will be less effective. Obstacles, such as employees' lack of trust in each other, are in fact due to their lack of knowledge of each other. will be.
