online transactions enjoy greater growth and security every day and attract investors to save more time and cost from safe electronic beds with high cash liquidity and to the high importance of capital market in the finance of financial activities , it can be acknowledged that the capital market affected by the electronic financial management can be much more economic growth and development . the aim of this study is to investigate the role and effects of e - financial management on capital market , so the main purpose of this study is to investigate how the impact of electronic financial management on capital market is considered as descriptive - analytic and the collection of data through documentary study has been done and the research tool has been used to collect data , fish and analyze data analysis. It is worth noting that the results of this study indicate that electronic financial management plays an effective role in strengthening and developing the capital market, in other words, if electronic financial management is used when the rules, regulations and instructions change. Leads to an increase in capital market indicators. Therefore, electronic financial management has an effect on strengthening and developing the capital market and is effective in changing the bank to a stable market and can play a role in increasing the concentration of financial resources.
