The aim of this study was to present the causal model of organizational social responsibility with emphasis on the role of organizational commitment in industrial companies in Tehran in 1999. The statistical population of this research is all industrial companies in Tehran. Sampling method is available by sampling and 200 members of the community were selected as sample members. Measuring managers' ethics from Karam Dokht (2011) questionnaire, organizational performance from Achio model questionnaire by Rahmani and Rajab Dori (2016), social responsibility from Guy Hume and Chris Ryan (2011), Denison's organizational culture (2000) and Mir commitment to organizational commitment And Allen (1997) were used. IBM AMOS 24 software was used for data analysis. The results were presented after fitting the model. The results showed that organizational commitment has an effect on organizational social responsibility (p = 0.003). The results also showed that organizational culture, organizational performance and ethics of managers affect social responsibility through organizational commitment (p = 0.001).
