The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of institutional capabilities on the international performance of e-commerce companies with the role of moderating the company's reputation, domestic institutional hostility and international institutional similarity (Case study: Iranian companies in Zodmal). This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the present study is all employees of early member companies, whose number is 4300 people. Using Cochran's sampling formula, 352 people have been determined as the sample size. Also, the study sample is available randomly. In the present study, to calculate the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha method was used as a pretest using a SPSS statistical software among a sample of 50 people. In the present study, both descriptive and inferential statistics are used to analyze the data. The results show that the institutional capabilities of e-commerce companies actually have positive effects on their performance in international markets, but the extent of its positive impact depends on a number of variables. This study expands and deepens our understanding of how e-commerce companies succeed in international markets.
