English

Despite the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI), contemporary organizations face a significant strategic challenge in its adoption and scalability. This research aims to fill the existing research gap by validating a tripartite model of organizational prerequisites for AI adoption. The primary objective of this study is to empirically investigate whether AI knowledge, AI competency, and AI culture act as determinants of organizational readiness and the intention to adopt AI.
This research utilizes a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey, involving a sample of 384 professional managers at the provincial level across the country. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire developed based on validated scales and was analyzed using regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The main findings show strong and significant support for the proposed model. The results consistently confirm that AI knowledge, competency, and culture are positive and significant predictors of organizational readiness for AI. This readiness, in turn, significantly influences the intention to adopt.
This study contributes to the technology adoption literature by providing a validated and generalizable framework for organizational leaders. It offers a practical pathway for accelerating the strategic adoption of AI through targeted investment in human and organizational capacities
