In this article, we examine the effects of innovation on the performance results of the organization. In today's complex and changing world, the development of knowledge and technology on the one hand and the changing patterns of market needs on the other hand have caused the need for advanced technologies to produce quality products to meet the needs of customers to be felt more than before. Product innovation is one of the most important activities of organizations to differentiate themselves from competitors and meet customer needs. In response to these needs, organizations take steps to improve the quality of products and satisfy their customers by using modern science. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of innovation on the production of new products and services by considering the performance of the organization and increasing its productivity and efficiency.
