Knowledge management strategies are one of the topics of the day in the field of management and based on the reports provided by various organizations, this issue can be presented as a major challenge for global organizations. Knowledge age organizations are trying to find a way to align their organization's macro-alignment strategies and knowledge management strategies. But for these organizations to continue, they are accelerating, they are showing more environmental change, and this is more organizational. Innovation session is one of the most important factors of economic growth. Innovation occurs when an idea is developed as a product, process or service. Innovation is a management system that emphasizes the organization's bureaucracy, seeks out exceptional opportunities, and decides whether the organization's strategic direction is appropriate. Innovation sets the standard for success and also seeks new opportunities. This article examines the effects of knowledge management on the organization and organizational innovation and knowledge sharing in the organization.
