Privatization in particular is an emerging phenomenon of the last two decades of the twentieth century that countries under the capitalist system and market economy through the international organizations, including the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank with the aim of economic growth and development to third world countries, including Iran. They made any loans from these centers conditional on privatization. Although privatization has had positive effects for market economy countries and the capitalist system, it has had detrimental effects for third world countries, including Iran, both before and after the revolution, indicating heterogeneity and incompatibility between privatization. As a tool for economic growth and development with other socio-cultural and human structures, etc. In principle 44 of the constitution, the economic infrastructure of the country has been laid. By thinking and reflecting on the implementation of Article 44 of the Constitution, it can be inferred that its correct and complete implementation means the construction of a highway for economic growth and development of the country, which naturally requires the growth and development of other socio-cultural, political, administrative-managerial and organizational structures.
