Abstract

purpose:Today, radical innovation can be one of the main sources of competitive advantage and long-term survival for organizations. Among the features of this innovation, we can refer to the provision of new capabilities to the market and the environment, and to the improvement of previously known business cases. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the impact of technology and market knowledge on the tendency of entrepreneurial owners to radical innovation.

Method: The research method is quantitative and in the form of a survey, which was done with a standard questionnaire. The statistical population of the research was the owners of small companies, mostly start-ups, and included 400 companies. The criteria for selecting managers to enter the statistical sample was having a business license from the General Department of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare of Khuzestan province and being active in the business. The sample size of the research was obtained with the available sampling method and using the Cochran formula, 196 business managers were obtained. After checking the validity and reliability of the collected data, it was analyzed with the help of SmartPLS software and through the structural equation test. they got

Results: Finally, it was found that technology and market knowledge are effective on owners' inclination to entrepreneurship.



Conclusion: It is possible to strengthen and expand entrepreneurial activities by identifying technology related to entrepreneurial activity and market knowledge.
