The purpose of this research is the effect of organizational information literacy on innovation in the Ministry of Energy's headquarters organization, the current research method is of a descriptive-analytical type, the research tool is Hazir Chopani, Haider (2013) and the information literacy questionnaire of Farrokhzadian (2013) is the statistical population of this research. 400 people from all the employees of the Ministry of Energy headquarters, 250 people were selected as a random statistical sample using Cochran's formula, SPSS 26 software was also used to analyze the information of this article. Based on these findings, we explore theoretical and practical implications as well as further research opportunities in workplace information literacy research. The findings of this article showed that organizational information literacy can have a positive effect on the development of organizational innovations in the headquarters of the Ministry of Energy.
