Investigating the Impact of Workplace Security Characteristics on Employees' Behavioral Intentions with the Mediating Role of Coordination and Effectiveness of Employees (Case Study: Employees of Kahrizak Elderly Sanatorium)

Abstract

This research is to investigate the impact of the security characteristics of the workplace on the behavioral intentions of employees with the mediating role of coordination and effectiveness of employees based on Islamic teachings (studied: employees of Kahrizak Elderly Sanatorium). In the present study, the questionnaire has been used in line with the statistical requirement of the statistical software of SPSS.V24 and the PLS.V3 structural equation software used in the form of a linear and multiple regression sections. The research community includes staff of the Kahrizak Elderly Sanatorium, which is 120, and the statistical sample is estimated through Cochran formula for a limited 91 community. The sampling method is available in this study. Research results showed that environmental characteristics of work on coordination (0.670) on interest in effectiveness (0.696) on working effort with mediation of coordination (303/ 0) On the Effectiveness of Mediation Interest in Coordination (0.95) on Managers' Approval with Mediation with Interest in Coordination (0.283) to Intention to Mediate Interest in Coordination (0.264) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Mediation for Interest in Coordination (0.338) on Working Interest in Effectiveness (0.303) on the Effectiveness of Interest in Effectiveness (0.310) on Interest of Managers with Intermediate Interest (276) /0) have a significant impact on the intention of staying with the mediation of interest in the effectiveness (0.304) on citizenship behavior with the mediation of interest in effectiveness (0.228). Also variables of interest in coordinating work effort (0.441) on efficiency (0.291) on the approved managers (0.423) on the intention to stay (0.291) on organizational citizenship behavior (0.504) as well as variables Interest in the effectiveness of working effort (0.435) on efficiency (0.446) on interest in approved managers (0.397) on intent (0.437) on citizenship behavior (0.328) employees of Kahrizak Elderly sanatorium They have meaning.
