Abstract

There is no doubt that pomegranate, biological, and economic properties, properties, and values, and the therapeutic, biological and economic properties, properties, and values, so a deeper look at pomegranate derivatives, products and products can be spoken. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to revenue on the importance of pomegranate products and derivatives for managing human issues. To this end, by studying a library, we have tried to discuss pomegranate products. The results of the studies suggest that low quality pomegranate fruits, small size and non -commercial types that are not sold in fruit markets despite the good quality of water and seeds in fruit markets can be used to produce new products. On the other hand, by increasing pomegranate products, it can increase its consumption market and even provide a good market in foreign countries.
