Abstract
Given the importance of preserving the Islamic Revolution's discourse in the region and increasing the ability of economic defense, the country needs to cross economic sanctions through economic resistance. One of the most important industries in Iran is the oil and gas industry, and it requires up -to -date technologies to increase the efficiency of exploitation and refinement. Given that countries in the field of joint gas and oil fields are using the most up -to -date technologies in the world, Iran also needs to transfer technology to enhance the efficiency and efficiency of exploitation and refinement from these common squares. has it. Therefore, in this study, the identification and structure of factors affecting the success of technology transfer in the oil and gas industry with a resilient economy approach has been identified. Therefore, with the study of the research, 11 main factors were identified. These indicators were then sent in a questionnaire to 15 experts in the oil and gas industry. The results using software showed that national industrial policies, government investments and competitiveness are the most important among other factors.
