Abstract

The aim of investigating the impact of learning styles and knowledge structure on sales performance (Case Study: Chadelmu Mining and Industrial Company) was conducted. This study is descriptive-follow-up in terms of practical purpose and opinion of data collection. In this study, 103 employees of Chadelmu Mining and Industrial Company from a 120 community were selected as a statistical sample by random sampling. The questionnaire was used to conduct this study, which was used to confirm its validity, formal validity and convergent validity and divergent validity, and Cronbach's alpha and the combined reliability coefficient were used to confirm its validity. Data analysis was done with SPSS20 and SmartPls software. The results of the study showed that learning styles have a significant impact on sales performance in Chadermo Mining and Industrial Company. The structure of knowledge has a significant impact on sales performance in Chadelmu Mining and Industrial Company. Employee learning level has a significant impact on product transportation in Chadelmu Mining and Industrial Company. Employee learning depth has a significant impact on the cost of consumer and industrial company Chadermlu. The vertical knowledge of the staff has a significant impact on the cost-consuming costs in the Chadelmu Mining and Industrial Company. The horizontal knowledge of employees has a significant impact on the costs of consumer and industrial company Chadelmu.
