An overview of the role of in-service training system on staff turnover Case study: Petrodaniel Company

Abstract
The most important asset of any organization is the human resources of that organization. Therefore, training and empowering human resources for the survival of the organization and gaining competitive advantages in the field of activity of the organization is of particular importance. The purpose of this study is to review the role of in-service training system on the decline of Petrodanial personnel during the years 1395 to 1400. The statistical population in this study is the personnel of the company's operations unit and in order to collect the required data, mainly the information available in the human resources unit of Petrodaniel Company has been used. The results of this study show the positive effect of in-service training on reducing the amount of unwanted loss of Petrodanial personnel.
