The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Internet services and green banking services. After World War II, the reconstruction of damaged economies and the promotion of economic growth with the aim of faster improvement of welfare indicators became increasingly important. At that time, natural resources and factors of production were considered unlimited and the environment was considered as an inexhaustible reservoir to feed the programs of rapid economic growth. However, the developments that took place in the following decades, the need to pay attention to natural resources and create a balance between the rate of exploitation of the environment and the speed of its restoration and return were highly welcomed.As a result of concepts such as green economy or environmentally friendly economy; Green growth and green banking have come to the fore in recent decades and have attracted the attention of countries and regional and international organizations. In this article, after introducing concepts such as green economy and sustainable development, the new issue of green banking is discussed.
