Abstract
The purpose of writing this article is to express management and communication. Rapid change in today's world has faced organizations with various challenges. But in the meantime, there are successful organizations that, with the help of management tools and new technologies, take advantage of the opportunities created. Knowledge management is one of these tools. Knowledge as a resource is essential for the survival of organizations and the condition for the success of organizations in global business is to achieve a deep knowledge and understanding at all levels. Today's world is such that the condition for the survival of any organization is a rapid reaction to change, which is not possible with knowledge and creativity. The development of any society depends on the type and manner of activities that are carried out in the schools of that society. Managers in any organization, especially educational organizations are of great importance and are considered as the most valuable asset of any organization.
