Abstract
Considering that the research topic was presenting a holographic organization model with a human resources resilience approach in Iraqi municipalities, this research is qualitative-quantitative (mixed) in terms of its descriptive nature and is applied in terms of its purpose. In the qualitative part of the research, the statistical population of the research is a number of experts and managers in Iraqi municipalities as well as expert professors in this field. In the quantitative part, and for modeling purposes, in order to fit the model obtained from the qualitative part, the statistical population consists of a group of experts and municipalities in Iraq. The exact number of the population size was obtained with the 5q˂n˂15 q technique, which is specific to the structural equation method, and the sampling method in this research is the available sampling method. In the qualitative part, the data collection method was using semi-structured in-depth interviews with participants. In this study, 23 people were interviewed, and from the fifteenth interview onwards, repetition in the information received was observed, and from the twentieth interview onwards, the data was completely repetitive and reached theoretical saturation; but for certainty, it was continued until the twenty-third interview. And the data collection method in the quantitative part of this study used two methods: interview and questionnaire. Also, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for 30 numbers was calculated to be 0.763, which was an appropriate and acceptable value. In this study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used to extract components and categories. Then, structural equations and confirmatory factor analysis were used in the quantitative part for modeling with Smart PLS software. All hypotheses were tested at the p ≤ 0.5 level. Given that the A statistic is greater than 1.96 in all cases. Therefore, all hypotheses of the present study have been confirmed.
