Abstract
The aim of the research: The aim of the research: is to identify factors affecting sustainable sales with an emphasis on artificial intelligence in internet businesses.

Method :In terms of the amount and degree of control, it is of the type of field research and in terms of the way of collecting information, it is of the type of descriptive and non-experimental research. In this research, 12 business managers and organizational behavior specialists who had more than 10 years of experience were gradually selected. In the quantitative part of the research, 306 cases of internet and digital businesses were selected as samples .

The findings: The findings of the research showed that in the process of open coding, a primary code was formed from a total of 12 conducted interviews. Then a primary classification of the data was done and the concepts resulting from open coding were placed in 6 categories.

These categories include the creation of new opportunities and situations through artificial intelligence in internet businesses, environmental factors and challenges, advertising and space creation through artificial intelligence, marketing and sales risks, Data collection and privacy protection challenges and investment in artificial intelligence. The results of the hypothesis test in the quantitative section also showed that the introduction of new opportunities and situations through artificial intelligence in digital marketing does not have a significant effect on sustainable sales in internet businesses. Environmental factors and challenges resulting from artificial intelligence do not have a significant impact on sustainable sales in internet businesses. Advertising and space creation through artificial intelligence has a significant and negative effect on sustainable sales in internet businesses. Marketing and sales risks resulting from artificial intelligence have a significant impact on sustainable sales in internet businesses. Collecting data and preserving privacy through artificial intelligence has a significant and positive effect on sustainable sales in internet businesses.
