Abstract

Achieving superior performance is a goal that organizations take various measures to achieve. Among them, capabilities have a significant impact on creating a competitive advantage for organizations, and among these capabilities, supply chain, production efficiency, and product diversity can be mentioned. Kurd. The aim of the research is to investigate the effect of assembly line kitting on competitive advantage through the mediation of supply chain, productivity and product diversity in the assembly hall of quick products in Pars Khodro Company. The population of this research includes 300 employees of the assembly hall production unit of Pars Khodro Company. The sample size was calculated using Morgan''s table and 169 people were used as a sample. The necessary data has been collected through standard questionnaires. The findings of the research show that kitting improves the effect of product diversity through the supply chain and production efficiency in the quick assembly hall, and as a result, it has a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of Pars Khodro Company. has it.
