Abstract
One of the ways to gain a sustainable competitive advantage is to emphasize and pay attention to the continuous learning of the organization's employees in order to achieve organizational goals with maximum effectiveness. Laying the groundwork for faster learning and training than competitors can help the organization to move faster and better than competitors, which will give the organization a sustainable competitive advantage. Human resource management provides a platform for knowledge management in which the acquisition of information and knowledge and its sharing throughout the organization is institutionalized and provides the basis for the creation of a learning organization.
